  How can i upload a theme that I have bought to wordpress blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot upload a theme you bought on the internet to a WordPress.com blog. The only themes we can use are found here:
  dashboard—>appearance—>themes
  or
  http://wordpress.com/themes/

  There are different kinds of wordpress:
