Upload Themes: Where do I go to upload a theme?

I downloaded BUZZBLOG theme and the directions say to go to Appearance> themes> upload theme. However, when I go to Themes, there is nothing on that page that says “Upload Theme”. I have wordpress premium, an account with go daddy, is there something else I need to do?

You cannot upload an external theme to a WordPress.com blog. You can only upload an external theme to a WordPress.ORG blog, such as those hosted at GoDaddy, and instructions for that are found at WordPress.ORG in their forums.
http://damicology.com/ however is a WordPress.COM site and you cannot upload an external theme to it. Get your money back. It’s a common mistake.

You only need one of these, not both. :)
If you want your site hosted here on WordPress.com, you don’t need a GoDaddy account, and you’ll choose from one of the 300+ themes available here:
If instead you want to install WordPress yourself, sticking with your GoDaddy site and the Buzzblog theme, you don’t need WordPress.com Premium. The Premium plan is only good here on WordPress.com sites.
If you’d like a refund for the Premium plan because you’ll be sticking with your self-hosted site on GoDaddy, you can get it under Store > My Upgrades, or let me know and I can take care of it for you.
