  i have download it from your website https://tw.wordpress.org/
  and i want to use it to try to develop my website.
  I have read the readme.html but i dont know how to upload it

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  I’m not sure what you downloaded. In any case, there is no need to upload the WordPress installation to a WordPress.com site because WordPress is already installed for you.

  If it’s a theme that you downloaded, unfortunately themes downloaded from outside sources cannot be uploaded to a site here at WordPress.com. See the folowing article for more information: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
