Upload/Add Media Link Not Working

  The Upload/Insert Add Media Link doesn’t work today. I click on it and nothing happens. I was wondering if it was a browswer issue, but have tried it with multiple browsers on two different computers and still no luck. And get this… Finally, I opened an old defunct blog of mine under a different user name and tried the Upload/Insert Add Media Link and it DOES work there, but not with the blog I’m using now. It’s very annoying.
