    it will not load The import archive contains one or more invalid files. Please make sure the names of your XML files don’t contain punctuation marks like brackets, commas, quotes, etc.
    Make sure you are using a valid WordPress export file in XML or ZIP format.

    You can’t upload a third party theme on the Free WordPress.com plan. To do so you must upgrade to the Business Plan.

    It sounds like you are trying to move content between two sites. Can you tell us more about the following…

    1. What are you trying to import? Content from another site? Do you have a ZIP file from another WordPress site, for example?

    2. What is the site URL of the site or source you are trying to import from?

    3. What is the site URL you are trying to import to?
