Uploaded image to many multiplication

  Hey!
  When I upload an image, something multiplicate it 15-20 times. So i upload “whatever.jpg” to an article, and than i find 15-20 copies (with slightly different filenames) in the upload directory. I tried to turn off all of the plug-ins but the problem still exsists!

  anybody any ideas what cause this?!?!
