uploaded images are just black squares in my profile

  I keep trying to upload an image for my profile and it gets to the cropping step but the picture does not show up. When it says it’s done there’s no picture, just a black square. What am I missing? When I upload to a post everything works fine.

  What is the image size? (in megabytes or kilobytes)

  Or perhaps you uploaded the picture first then saved it without cropping the image?

  Sample as somewhere on your blog where we can see teh code and what is occuring. I’m afraid a picture isn’t worth a thousand words in this case. :)

  A lick to the original picture as well might help.

  the picture works fine when you click on it… but as in all you see is a black thumbnail instead of a preview of the picture..

  Click Me (to the blog entry for thumbnails).

  Click Me (to get to a picture from the same blog entry).

  I hope this would help some what.
