Uploaded images are not displaying

  The Uploaded Jpg I’m trying to put on my blog will not display. It uploads just fine, but on the page it just shows an empty rectangle with a torn-in-half paper logo.

  I have tried uploading it several times and changed the name so that it only contains letters, but it makes no difference. The image is 1.7MB.

  Please help! Thanks!
