Uploaded PDF not displaying
-
Hi,
The problem is easier seen than described.
If you go here: http://jessetr.wordpress.com/one-step/
there are 2 links. One is for Andy Hero. The other is for One Step Behind the Sun.
In a nutshell, when you click on Andy Hero, it opens the Acrobat viewer just fine.
When you click on ONE STEP, it just sits there.
Both are PDF documents. Both were uploaded to the Media Library. Both were entered into the Page in the exact same manner.
The only difference I can think of is that Andy Hero is 33MB, and that ONE STEP is 118MB.
The larger one took more time to upload, but no problems occurred during the upload.
I thought that maybe ONE STEP would just take more time to open, but that isn’t the case either.
HELP!
Thank you,
Jesse

Both display properly for me. I am using Firefox 28.0.

Hi Timethief,
Thanks very much for your help.
No, none of it worked, except opening up a different browser. I’ll be dipped if I know why it doesn’t appear when I try to look at it.
But you have the same browser as I do, and version. And if you have no problems, then I have no problem with that. Just hope this is some kind of temporary glitch. And by temporary, I mean not wasting another 24 hours trying to figure out the problem when apparently there isn’t one. LOL.
Best,
Jesse
