Uploaded PDF's are not opening via the link

  I’ve uploaded several PDF’s to my side via the “add media” feature. Once i’ve uploaded it and then click on the active URL, it says “The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.”

  Did I do something wrong? Here’s the link for the example:

  I assume this issue has been addressed because I click the link and I’m reading the PDFs file.
