Uploaded photos not showing in Media Library

Thumbnails of my uploaded photos don’t always show in the Media Library. It’s always appeared like that since I started my blog back in May. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The blog I need help with is gwengoes.com (not the one listed above). And it’s not the blog itself but how my uploaded images appear in my Media Library when I’m on my desktop. The thumbnails all load correctly on my mobile.

I’m afraid that gwengoes.com is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
