Uploaded photos very dark

    Since the last week any images I upload to my library are automatically extremely dark to view in the post being edited.

    But on the published post they look as they should be, however if I wish to edit them in the media library after publication, they then become dark on the published post.

    Any help or advice appreciated. Thank you
