Uploaded premium theme to wrong blog

How can I get a refund if I applied my premium theme to the wrong blog? I meant to purchase the soundcheck theme and apply it to my “twiceonsundaykc” blog and not my “vantagepointkc” blog. Now I’ve bought two of the same thing. I need a refund on the first. Please help!

You should be able to cancel the extra upgrade if you are inside the refund window (30 days I think for themes) by going to Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades – should be a refund button
I will also flag this for staff attention if you still have problems

Hi @amcneal91011, I see that you have successfully requested a refund for the duplicate purchase. Please note that it usually takes 1-2 weeks for the refund to post.
