Uploaded Theme Files But Theme Not Showing

Hi,
I have had an enormous amount of trouble trying to basically install my theme. 3 competent people have attempted to get my website going and they are totally confused by what I want to do, and that is simply add my Avada theme. I unzipped my files and added them through the Admin board, media, add new buttons. Everything seems to have uploaded but there is no change to the theme. I have had so much trouble, right from the start and I am at the point of just counting my losses and going to another website maker, as this is ridiculous. You cannot install any custom theme or any third party theme into any wordpress.COM hosted blog. The “add new theme” option does not exist on any WordPress.COM hosted blogs. You are confusing WordPress.ORG software with WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/The only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes

upload any third party themes,
create child themes,
create our own themes,
edit templates,
create own own layouts,

There is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
To install plugins or third party themes into a site then you have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, conduct ecommerce and edit the database. You’re welcome. Note also that every premium theme has a detailed description page with setup instructions, a live demo site, and a special support page with a link to the premium theme support forum for the specific premium theme.
