Uploader box is half off screen!

  I wonder if someone can help please? I’m using a Macbook which has got a 13″ screen. When I try to upload a photo the upload diaglogue box appears at the bottom of the screen where it cuts off the bottom half of the box so that I can’t fill out all the description of my photo or hit OK/UPLOAD! No matter how far down I scroll it always stays at the bottom, half covered. Frustrating! Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, Ren.
