  The duplicate thread you posted indicated you want to upload a theme you purchased. The key question is: Did you purchase it from WordPress.com? Because if you did not then you cannot use it on a free hosted WordPress.com blog.

  The only themes you can use on a free hosted WordPress.com blog are those found here > Appearance > Themes and showcased here > http://wordpress.com/themes/

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs. Also note that there is no upgrade you can purchase that allows FTP access and the ability to install themes or plugins. Those with WordPress.org installs have FTP access and can install their own themes, third party themes and plugins. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  I bought a theme from studiopress. I uploaded to wordpress. Now I can’t find it. My blog has defaulted I guess to the Titan theme. How do I find my other theme?

  If you made the purchase of a premium theme from WordPress.com here > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades then see:

  Activating a Premium theme is similar to activating a Free theme. From your dashboard menu navigate to Appearance -> Themes and click on the Premium link.   The name of our theme was called Pure Elegance.

  That theme does not exist at WordPress.COmand you cannot use it on the blog linked to your username. You could determine that from what I said above. If you wish to remain here then return the theme for a refund from the designer. If you want to use it hire a web host and set up your own self hosted WordPress.org install.
