  Hi,

  Recently I have had problems uploading pictures on my site; please can you assist me?

  Hi there,

  You have reached the upload limit of 3 GB in your media library. Therefore, you’ll need to either delete some of your current pictures in your media library to free up space or you will need to upgrade to a paid plan in order to add space to your account:

  The other option would be to optimize your images so that the ones you have uploaded are not as big:

  I see several pictures that are 7 MB for example and that is extremely large for one photo. With software like Photoshop or GIMP, you can reduce the size of that to 100 kb and upload thousands of more photos than you currently are able to.
