  I can’t find how to upload a template for wordpress that I have downloaded from a third party.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,
  Here at WordPress.com, you can’t install any third-party themes. WordPress.org does have that feature. You can read about the differences here

  WordPress.com has tons of themes, and you can probably find one that is similar to the theme that you downloaded.
