Uploading a document not as a link

    I want my post to be an uploaded word document, but when I add media it comes in the form of a link. Copy and paste wont work because my document is extremely complex (text boxes, et cetera). Im a newbie- so apologies for the easy question; but I need your help!

    PLEASE don’t copy and paste from Word. For many reasons, it’s a very, very bad idea. Even using teh Paste from Word button doesn’t always prevent problems.

    I’m afraid I have to tell you that the document will have to be redone. There is no way to plonk it in as-is UNLESS you can manage to put it in a Scribd document:

    and even that’s not perfect. Still, it’s the only workaround.

    In the future, if you want to edit offline, instead of using Word, which will add poisonous, invisible HTML to your document, use Windows Live Writer or Blogdesk, both of which are free and designed specifically for blogging.
