It looks like your site, http://www.wildgypsysoulwriter.com is a self-hosted version of WordPress.org that is hosted on Bluehost.
These forums that you are posting in are only for users of the WordPress.com platform. So, websites that are registered and managed through the WordPress.com interface.

I recommend heading over to the WordPress.org forums and asking your question there. I’m sure there will be somebody over at that other link with more experience in working with self-hosted installs of WordPress.
