Uploading a free theme to free wordpress?

  Hi There!

  I was wondering if I can add a free theme to my free wordpress account which I’ve downloaded from theme forest? Or can I only use free themes that wordpress have on offer if I want to have a free account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, it’s not possible. You can upload themes (free or paid, from any sources) only on the WordPress.com Business plan. It’s mentioned on the WordPress.com pricing page: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
