uploading a header image

  I have uploaded a new photo for my blogs header, when i’m logged into my account the new photo appears to be there. However when visiting my site when i’m logged out it displays the old photo! please can you help?

  Clear your browser cache and cookies because it sounds like you are viewing a cached copy. http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookies

  Just curious, but how did you add a photo into your header? I’m thinking of adding a small logo design to mine, but not quite sure how to do it.

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/ note that not all themes support a custom header.
