Uploading a new theme

How do I upload a theme that I bought?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I looked and read so many different tutorials and they all said look for the add new button after you click appearances and themes and I can’t find it anywhere!! I bought a theme and I really want to use it. Can somebody please help me as to how to upload a theme and I don’t want to use the Filezilla thingy.

The tutorials do not apply to http://daintyjaney.wordpress.com/ because it is a WordPress.COM blogs and the tutorials are for WordPress.ORG software installs.

You are confusing WordPress.ORG software with WordPress.COM hosted blogs like yours. There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons and we cannot:
upload any third party themes,
create child themes,
create our own themes,
edit templates,
create own own layouts,

There is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
To install plugins or third party themes into a site then you have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, conduct ecommerce and edit the database. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
