  How do you upload a customized theme from the appearance section of the admin portion of WordPress?

  Appreciate you guys.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Good Morning – All of the themes available for you to use on your WordPress.com blog are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ You may not upload any outside themes.

  Self hosted blogs and sites that use WordPress.org are able to install custom themes.

  WordPress.com (here) and WordPress.org are very different. Their differences are outlined here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
