  Hello, when I press the install plug in button inside WordPress nothing happens so that I can download a custom plugin?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Which site are you talking about? The WordPress.com site linked to your name is empty of content. If you are talking about a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software you need to seek advice from: https://wordpress.org/support/

  Yes, it is a self-hosted site. I can’t find find a place to seek support on that link

  Here at WordPress.com most plans (apart from recent changes to the Business plan) don’t allow us to install plugins so your software operates differently to ours, hence the reason you need to ask in the WordPress.org forum. You have to register an account there to post in their forums. https://login.wordpress.org/register
