Uploading a premium theme

  I recently uploaded a wordpress theme via studiopress and have downloaded this to my computer. How do I upload this to wordpress? I have looked in themes and have no button that allows this upload.I have since sought hosting from a local hosting provider and there is no change?What do I need to do in order for this theme to work?

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.
