Uploading a purchased theme to the site

    I’m having trouble uploading my theme to my site. I downloaded a theme from themestreet/launch 27 and would like to upload it to my site and edit it.

    Hi there,

    You’re posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, but your site is hosted at Bluehost.com, and using the open source WordPress software, made by the community on WordPress.org.

    You have your site connected to WordPress.com using the Jetpack plugin. That allows you to manage certain aspects of your site via your WordPress.com account, but we don’t have any control over how your site itself works.

    For help with issues with a specific theme, I suggest you contact support for your theme directly. There should be a support link on the site where you bought/downloaded your theme.

    For general help with the WordPress software itself, you can ask in the WordPress.org community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
