Uploading a theme

  How do I upload a theme that I’ve download? I go to appearance and themes, but there is no upload button. I looked it up on youtube and everyone seems to have upload tab beside the manage tab, I don’t..

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t do this in WordPress.com sites.

  Please realize that there are different varieties of WordPress. All of the themes you find online (free or for purchase) are made for WordPress.ORG and will not work on WordPress.COM. In fact, there is no way to install them on WordPress.COM; the only themes we can use on this platform are found here:
  http://wordpress.com/themes/
  or (the same themes)
  dashboard—>appearance—>themes
  While some of these themes have the same names as themes for wp.ORG, be aware that they have been adapted to work with wp.COM.
