Uploading a Theme

  Hey, we bought a theme from a website, but we don’t have a button ‘ADD THEME’ or ‘ADD LAYOUT’ in our wordpress.. We don’t know how to add. We don’t have wordpress premium.
  What do we have to do to upload our theme?
