Uploading a Theme

  Hello,

  My name is Abby and I am trying to upload a theme on to wordpress, but the add theme button is not there, how can I achieve this? Thanks so much!

  Hi,
  Sites at WordPress.com cannot upload themes. (Only self-hosted WordPress sites can.) You can choose from the themes offered at https://wordpress.com/themes/
