  I am trying to upload a theme I bought from Envato Studio (Deca) can I do this with the free WordPress account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Envato themes can only be used on self-hosted WordPress sites (also known as WordPress.org). You can choose any of these themes for your WordPress.com account: https://wordpress.com/themes/
