Uploading a Theme

  Hi, the website is not letting me upload a theme. I had a blog with you guys before and it never gave me this issue.

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi! I see that your Personal plan here on WordPress.com is refunded at this time.

  It’s worth bearing in mind that the Personal plan doesn’t enable uploading of custom themes, but the Business plan does! If you had a Business plan associated with a different site here on WordPress.com, then that would be why the theme uploading worked at that point:
