Uploading a theme

  I purchased a theme from Envanto Studios. We liked it as we are trying to build a recipe blog. We purchased the theme and dowloaded. How do we upload the theme to wordpress? Do we need to upgrade to a Business account to do so?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  In order to upload a custom theme on your WordPress.com website, you need to upgrade to the WordPress.com Business plan.
