Uploading a theme from PC

Hi, i’v downloaded a theme.It’s in my hard drive.
Now i want to upload that theme in the site
“https://ekushetextile.wordpress.com “Is it possible to upload that theme? Then how can i upload that? Please kindly help me!

We do not have FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we not able to upload third party themes.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/The only themes you can use on a free hosted WordPress.com blog are those found here > Appearance > Themes and showcased here > http://wordpress.com/themes/ We cannot access and edit any templates underlying our themes. Only Staff can edit as every blog wearing the same theme is using the same template.
Unless you are prepared to pay for a VIP account, http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ there is no upgrade you can purchase that changes this at WordPress.COM.

We cannot add our own themes here at WordPress.com. We are limited to the themes shown at appearance > themes in our dashboards. Themes found out on the internet are for self-hosted WordPress sites hosted on third-party web hosts like GoDaddy, Bluehost, etc. Themes used here have to be modified to work within the security guidelines here and to support the unique features.
