Uploading a theme from ThemeForest

  I just finished downloading a theme off of Themeforest.net , and it came to my attention that I cannot upload it. Apparently its “a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.” Can anyone help me with my little problem here. I do have a self-hosted domain, but how am i supposed to upload the theme?
