Uploading a theme I purchased from Theme Forest

  I purchased a theme form Theme Forest and need to upload it. However I cannot i find the options to do so. Do I need a different kind of premium plan because my dashboard does not look like any of the examples out there when searching for how to upload a theme.

  WordPress.com does not support uploading of custom WordPress themes on their services. What you are referring to is the self hosted version of the WordPress software available at WordPress.org
