Uploading a theme (w/ a free plan)

  I’ve downloaded a theme from another site and wanted to upload it to my free account. Is that possible? or do I need to upgrade?

  On WordPress.COM it is not possible to upload themes; you can only use themes that are available to you.

  Uploading themes is only possible on (self-hosted) WordPress.ORG sites.
