uploading a video

Hi, I’m trying to upload a video onto one of my pages, but it’s in .mpg format and I don’t think it allows that type (only jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, doc, ppt, odt, pptx and docx.) so I either need to change the format of my video or somehow upload it some other way, and I don’t know how to do either.

Uploading videos in wordpress.com is a premium service, and you need to buy it.
