Uploading a Video

    Hello , i could not able to upload a Video which of the format .mp4 into my new Blog , Please help me out to solve this issue

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    It is not possible to upload videos (.mp4) to free sites but you can add that ability by upgrading to the WordPress.com Premium plan, which includes the ability to use our native VideoPress functionality to host and embed videos in a branding free player. More info here: https://wordpress.com/support/videopress/

    To upgrade to the Premium plan you can click the button here. Note that the Premium plan also includes 13GB of storage space for media, access to premium themes, no ads (like we show on free sites) and a custom domain address option if you would like the site to have an address other than “wordpress.com”

    Once you upgrade you will be able to upload videos immediately, thanks!
