UPLOADING A VIDEO .MOV

    I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES, SEVERAL DAYS, TO UPLOAD A VIDEO (.MOV) TO MY WEBSITE.

    IT DOESNT WORK ALTHOUGH I HAVE AN UPGRADE TOO.

    Hi there,

    After looking into your account, I found that you did not purchase the VideoPress upgrade for the jellajost.com site (only yogadeslachens.wordpress.com).

    Please purchase that for jellajost.com and you will be able to upload videos directly to your blog from your computer! If you want me to transfer the upgrade to that site, please let me know, but that would mean you can no longer upload videos to yogadeslachens.wordpress.com.

    However, if you do not want to purchase the upgrade I would look into uploading the video to Vimeo or Youtube and embedding it to your site. Take a look at this guide for different embed options:

    Hi,

    Sorry to say, but I tried this on yogadeslachens.wordpress.com and this is the page where it doesnt work!!

    Whats going wrong?

    Hi Jella,

    I see! Sometimes your uploads can fail when you have slow or unreliable Internet connection. Try uploading at a different time of day or from a computer with a faster internet connection.

    Is your file bigger than 1 GB? It can get a bit difficult after that point. If you are still having trouble, please contact our VideoPress support directly as they would be better able to assist you here.
