Uploading a WordPress theme purchased from another website

  I am trying to upload/install a purchased theme from organicthemes.com. I do not have the install themes tab on my account. The only tab available is “manage themes.” How do I go about installing/uploading my purchased theme?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
