Uploading an HTML page

  Is it possible to upload HTML pages in the blog – I can’t do it with uploading media because it won’t take the HTML extension. I’m trying to post a page with text and a linkable image – but one that has an image map with multiple links on the picture. If I simply try to post it, the underlying HTML tags are wiped out, so I was hoping there was a way to simply upload an HTML file.
