Uploading an image on a theme for website

    Hi, so I uploaded a Sonaar theme that I purchased, and on the main page where it shows a large image, it doesn’t let me click on it to change the picture. I can upload a screenshot of what it looks like, I need to change the image to something else since its an artist page.
    Someone please help out, also I’m stuck on how to upload music onto it as well. Music from Spotify, soundcloud, etc.
