uploading an image to the sidebar

  I’m trying to upload an image to my sidebar, not a post but the sidebar. I can’t seem to figure it out.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m try to add an image from my gallery of a blog tour that I’m on. But the pic doesn’t post. :/

  If you mean an image from your computer, then you create a copy of the image, use an image editing application or an online tool to downsize the copy to the right pixel width for the theme you’re using (in your case: maximum 222px), upload it via Media > Add New (dashboard sidebar), copy the File URL you’ll get, then go to Appearance > Widgets, drag an Image widget to Sidebar, paste the File URL, save.
