uploading and embedding PDF

  when I try to follow the instructions for uploading and embedding (linking) a PDF file, I can not find the some of the items mentioned in the tutorial. for example, I don’t see media, only header media.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Where do you see “Header Media”? There is “Header Image” in the Customizer but to upload media you need to be at “Blog Posts” “Add” or “Pages” “Add” (or an existing page) as explained in the document @houstonweaver linked to a few hours ago when you asked a similar question https://en.support.wordpress.com/uploading-documents/
