uploading and Installing themes problem

  I’ve set up my wordpress and hosting through GoDaddy, but I may have done something backwards. I don’t have an install themes tab, and I can’t make critical changes I need to make. I payed for hosting through go daddy, bought the domain name, and paid for mapping. Please help me !! I just want to use a custom theme I payed for through an affiliate site. Please let me know what needs to be done on my end.

  Please contact your current host (GoDaddy) to help you point the domain back to their servers.
