uploading animated .gif file

  Hi,
  We are uploading an animated .gif file. In preview, we see the animation but when it’s posted, the animation does not work. We have resized the images to the correct size.
  Is there a phone number we can call to find out how to do this?

  Before or after the upload? Animated .gifs cannot be resized. They only work in their original size.

  Is this the image you’re talking about?

  If so, it’s 1500px wide while the main column in the theme you’re using is 500px. As notawoodpecker said, animated GIFs only work in their original size, so you need to create an image that’s 500px wide or less.
