  the developer sent a zip file with all the files from the site they designed in Word Press. How do I upload the files to my site?

  Hi, what’s the content of the ZIP file? It sounds like you’ve got more than just your posts and pages there. In that case, you may need to upgrade your site to plan Business first:

  Once upgraded, you could use a migration plugin to import the content of the zip file. If your other site is still online, you may also follow this process instead:
