uploading bought templete

  Hi all and tia for help

  I bought a templete that said it was for wordpress. I downloaded it on my computer and I have a file now I have no clue what to do with. I have searched around online and read some tutorials but they are not helping. One says I can upload it from the file manager but I can not find the file manager.

  I am pretty much clueless so any help would be really appreciated. I thought I was just going to buy this and upload it and be done with it lol
