uploading completed site

  my client created this wordpress account and would like to use it for a website I already created. Can I upload completed html and css or do I need to rebuild it in here?

  Hi there!

  You won’t be able to upload HTML or CSS here, however, if you’ve built your site on WordPress.org, on plan Business you’ll be able to upload a custom theme (you can create a child theme) and you’ll also be able to use migration plugins.
